Confirm Beggs Ballroom access with Rhatigan Student Center staff

Set up 12 employer tables with company name placards, tablecloths, and power strips

Arrange resume review stations (3 tables, chairs, pens, feedback forms)
Assigned: Volunteer Team B
Set up headshot booth: backdrop, lighting, camera/tripod, laptop for previews
Assigned: Photo Coordinator
Place directional signage at RSC entrances and hallways

Set up registration/check-in table with name tags, sign-in sheets, and Shocker ID scanner

Arrange door prize display table and entry slips

3:30 – 4:30 PM Tech Check & Employer Arrivals
Test Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and microphone for announcements
